Tablet PC Team Blog at Microsoft
Microsoft’s Tablet PC Team Blog seems a little Vista-heavy to me, but then again I keep reading that people are moving to Vista, so I’m sure it’ll be of use to people.

Yes, it is. Since the people writing the blog are on the product team, they are focused on what they’ve just completed – mobile PC feature in Windows Vista. But if you have specific questions about Windows XP, you can still ping them
